MOQ varies by product. For DTY and FDY yarn, the typical MOQ is 1,000 kg per specification. For polyester staple fiber, it is 1 × 20ft container (approximately 20 tons). For poly-cotton, polyester viscose, and spun yarn, MOQ starts from 500 kg. We can negotiate lower MOQs for new customers placing trial orders.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight, and D/P (Documents against Payment). For regular buyers with an established track record, we can discuss extended payment terms. T/T with 30% deposit before production and 70% before shipment is the most common arrangement.

Yes — we strongly encourage sampling before mass orders. Sample quantities are typically 1–5 kg for yarn products and 5–10 kg for staple fiber. Sample fees are charged at cost and are refundable upon placement of a first order. Shipping is on the buyer's account via DHL, FedEx, or your nominated forwarder.

DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) has a textured, elastic, bulky feel due to the texturing process — ideal for stretch fabrics and soft-hand applications. FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn) is a smooth, high-tenacity filament yarn with uniform structure — preferred for high-speed weaving, warp knitting, and lace. Polyester viscose (PV) blended yarn combines the durability and wrinkle resistance of polyester with the natural softness, drape, and breathability of viscose (rayon). It is widely used in suiting fabrics, dress cloth, uniform material, and upscale apparel where a smooth hand and elegant drape are essential. Common blends are PV 65/35 and PV 80/20.

Polyester spun yarn is made from short polyester staple fibres twisted together into a continuous yarn — giving it a softer, more cotton-like surface texture. Filament yarn (DTY/FDY/POY) is made from continuous fibres and has a smoother, shinier appearance. Spun yarn is preferred for applications requiring softness, breathability, and a natural-looking texture, such as woven fabrics, sewing thread, and knitwear.

Yes. We supply GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified recycled polyester staple fiber, as well as rPET DTY and FDY filament yarns. GRS documentation including transaction certificates (TC) can be provided. Recycled products typically carry a small price premium over virgin grades. Please specify GRS requirement when requesting a quote.

Standard documents include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (CO / Form E), and Mill Quality Certificate. Optional documents available on request: SGS Pre-Shipment Inspection Report, OEKO-TEX Certificate, GRS Transaction Certificate, and Fumigation Certificate. We prepare all documents in the format required by your customs authority.

Standard production and shipment lead time is 15–25 days from receipt of deposit, depending on the product and quantity. For stock items and small quantities, lead time can be as short as 7–10 days. Large orders or custom specifications (e.g. specific dope dyed colours, special denier) may require 25–35 days. We confirm lead time precisely at the time of order confirmation.

We ship FOB from Xiamen Port, Fujian Province, China. We can also arrange CIF or CFR to any major worldwide port. Common destination ports include: Ho Chi Minh City, Chittagong, Jakarta, Colombo, Karachi, Dubai, Jeddah, Lagos, Mombasa, Istanbul, Rotterdam, and Santos.
