What information do I need to include in my inquiry?
For the fastest and most accurate quote, include: (1) product name (e.g. DTY yarn), (2) specification (e.g. 150D/144F SD), (3) estimated monthly quantity (kg or containers), and (4) destination port. The more detail you provide, the faster we can respond with pricing.
Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes. Samples of 1–5 kg are available for most products. Sample cost is charged at cost price (typically $20–$50 for shipping) and is fully refundable against your first mass order. Please specify the exact specification when requesting samples.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product: DTY/FDY/POY filament yarn: 1,000 kg per specification. PSF (Polyester Staple Fiber): 1 × 20ft container (~20 tons). Blended spun yarn (PC, PV, PSY): 500 kg per specification. For trial orders from new buyers, we can sometimes discuss smaller quantities — contact us to ask.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C at sight (Letter of Credit), and D/P (Documents against Payment). For new buyers, T/T with 30% deposit before production and 70% before shipment is standard. Established buyers may qualify for more flexible terms.
What documents do you provide with each shipment?
Standard documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Form E for ASEAN countries), Mill Quality Certificate. Optional (on request): SGS Pre-Shipment Inspection Report, OEKO-TEX Certificate, GRS Transaction Certificate, Fumigation Certificate.
