Polyester spun yarn is made entirely from polyester staple fiber (PSF) — short-cut polyester fibers that are carded, drawn, and spun into continuous yarn on ring or open-end spinning systems. Ring Spun
Quality Grade · Ne 16–60
The traditional method where fibers are fully drafted and continuously twisted by a ring and traveller mechanism. Produces a smoother, stronger, more uniform yarn with lower hairiness than open-end. The preferred method for fine counts (Ne 30–60) and quality-critical applications like sewing thread and fine fabric.
